Adam Griggs
Chief Executive Officer & Founder
Adam Griggs founded Quality Recovery with a vision to transform post-surgical wound care through physician-directed, personalized solutions. His career in orthopedics includes experience as an Orthopedic Reconstruction and Trauma Sales Consultant at one of the world’s largest medical device companies, followed by a role as a medical device distributor. This deep orthopedic industry knowledge—spanning the operating room, the surgeon relationship, and the commercial model—directly informed the design of Quality Recovery’s RecoveryGPS® platform. In his free time, he loves coaching his three children’s basketball teams and going on adventures with his wife.
Jacquelyn Tallarico
Chief Growth Officer
Jacquelyn Tallarico leads sales and customer success at Quality Recovery. With seven years in orthopedics and 20 years of commercial leadership across healthcare and technology—from Fortune 500 medical device companies to early-stage SaaS startups—she brings a track record of scaling companies through double- and triple-digit growth. Her prior roles include Chief Operating Officer, Chief Revenue Officer, and VP of Sales at companies ranging from pre-seed to successful exits valued in the hundreds of millions. She holds an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. In her free time, Jacquelyn enjoys spending quality time with her son, traveling, and connecting with nature. She is also deeply curious about emerging trends in AI and health innovation.
Nate Lavalle, CWCMS
Chief Clinical Officer
Nate Lavalle brings deep clinical and commercial expertise in advanced wound care to Quality Recovery. He is a Certified Wound Care Marketing Specialist (CWCMS) with extensive experience in wound care product development, clinician education, and clinical strategy. Prior to Quality Recovery, he served as National Sales Manager for a pioneer in advanced wound care products, where he led national sales operations and represented the company at major clinical forums, including the Symposium on Advanced Wound Care (SAWC). His hands-on understanding of wound care science, product efficacy, and provider workflows ensures that Quality Recovery’s clinical protocols meet the highest standards.
Sean Slavin, CSM
Director of Operations
Sean Slavin oversees Quality Recovery’s day-to-day operations, including fulfillment, logistics, and portal management. A Certified Scrum Master (CSM), he brings a process-driven approach to operational excellence, ensuring that wound care kits are built accurately and delivered on time to patients across the country. His background includes senior production management and operations leadership roles, giving him the experience needed to manage Quality Recovery’s scalable fulfillment model.
Kiana Seymour
Customer Success Manager
Kiana Seymour supports Customer Success at Quality Recovery, partnering with Practices to streamline onboarding, strengthen workflows, and deliver a high-quality patient experience. She brings a people-first approach shaped by a diverse background across healthcare, finance, and client services—including managing 200+ active clients in a therapeutic healthcare setting and 650+ accounts in a finance role. She is dedicated to delivering a standard of service that Practice partners can rely on—responsive, thorough, and focused on long-term outcomes.

Human Resources Director
Penny Heck leads Human Resources at Quality Recovery, supporting the company’s talent strategy as the organization continues to scale nationally. She oversees recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance, ensuring the company attracts, develops, and retains the high-performing teams needed to support its growing client base. With over 25 years of experience in HR management, she brings deep expertise in building engaged, compliant, and high-performing workplace cultures that fuel business growth.
